This document outlines the terms and conditions for using the Pebble Stream Zen for Excel Add-in (hereinafter referred to as "the Add-in") developed by Georgetown Software House, Inc. (hereinafter referred to by "the Company"). By using the Add-in, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Add-in.
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Add-in solely in conjunction with Microsoft Excel for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sub license the Add-in or any part of it.You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Add-in.
You may not use the Add-in for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose. You may not sub license, rent, lease, loan, or distribute the Add-in or any part of it to any third party.
The Add-in, including but not limited to its code, design, and features, is the intellectual property of the Company and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The Company provides The Add-in "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Add-in will meet your requirements or be error-free, and the Company does not imply warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with using the Add-in.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Add-in.
The Company may provide updates, improvements, or support for the Add-in at its discretion. However, the Company is not obligated to do so.
The Company reserves the right to terminate your license to use the Add-in at any time without prior notice if you violate these terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By using the Add-in, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
